• I have considered moving away from Blogger for a very long time, but I need a service as you are offering here. I have two sites, but I understand nothing of plug-ins, css, etc. I liked your offers, and will be getting back to you after the New Year! Thanks.

I LOVE your new look. I think I might be interested in seeing what you could do for me. (Get your mind out of the gutter...)

Glen: Thanks Glen. I'm with you. I like it better as well, I just wouldn't like answering the emails from those who didn't get it. Half the time I speak in metaphor = inbox flooded with questions.

J.D: I totally understand what you mean. This look still feels like a room with a new coat of paint. My eyes are not yet adjusted. Maybe next week. Wonder Twin powers make everything better.

Maya: Thanks Maya. I agree. I love collaborating. I love my own brain, but I think it's best when just one side of the volley.

Dave: That's what we want something for everyone. Dave did a kick-ass job on that header. It couldn't look better.

Sal: This is indeed merely a rest stop. 2009 will be awesome.

Lori: I care a lot about Blogopolis, improving it is most certainly one of my aims.

    Art: Thanks! Me too.

Ian: I hope you do, but even if you don't you're still awesome and one Ian.

Lance: Same as above, Lance, awesome and one.

Dave: Seriously Dave, could you have kicked ass any harder on the header. It's a freaking masterpiece! I love it, love it, love it. Thanks.

Vered: I love the white space on your site. It feels both big and roomy.

Marelisa: Your site looks tremendous in Thesis. Isn't it like the best theme ever?

Steph: Thanks Steph. Go put your socks back on, it's just a rest stop until January. Thanks for the compliments.

KittyTown: Thanks kitty kat. Me too.

Bamboo: Thanks, Bamboo. I think it captures my spirit beautifully. Also, congratulations on your big guest post. It really is too cool.
  • I like the copy in your article.

This is pretty cool. I wish you guys luck in your endeavor.

That new header captures you really well.

good luck! I adore your new header!
  • Holy moly, the new header rocks my socks off! You've made some very fine improvements here, Sean.

And I'm very excited for you and Eric! This is a great ad page, and your packages are very reasonable. See my comment on that page, too.

  • Hi Sean: I do wish I had changed over to Thesis sooner, looks are important :-) And I love that header . . . very nostalgic.
  • I love the new header too.

I agree: a professional look is very important.
  • Awesome! You guys make a great team. And thanks for the credit, the logo idea was one of the quickest I've ever had - far quicker than my own. Just seemed so obvious a choice. Well, it was either a typewriter or that picture of you surrounded by kittens lapping milk from saucers in a field of flowers - but that was just too large for a logo.

  • Very cool project you guys are working on Sean and Eric! My best to you two as this develops. In fact, I may up for some a la carte items down the road a ways....we'll see how things develop...

The changes here - I love 'em --- especially the header graphic - it fits very well, I think with what this site is all about. Nicely done!

Nice! Great job WD and Eric. This is an excellent service to offer. It looks like I may need to hit you guys up for a new favicon and a custom header image. Talk to you soon. Be well.
  • Sean,

Congrats to you and Eric! I love the new header!

    All the best

  • I like the new look!

I saw an old typewriter like the one in your header at a local antique store two weeks ago. My, how time has leapt along with technology. The transition from printed materials or telephones for communication to online methods still astounds me. Blogging is just part of the great migration to digital connection. Glad to read you are making it a better place, and best wishes to your new ventures and adventures.

Everything is slowly falling into place, the lens focus getting less and less grainy. It looks great Sean. If this is only a stopping point, I can't wait to see what it looks like when you bury your heal and drive that first stake.

I love your new header image too - it very you.

    Another exciting enterprise WD!

  • Teaming up is a great idea! I can feel the energy with which you both are going ahead with this. Two heads are always better than one!

I recently did a lot of customizations with a theme on my new blog - for the sake of being unique. It is time consuming - the first time around. I can see how you guys are offering a really valuable service.

All the best to you both!

  • I hear that and great move.

Themes are tricky but important business. It needs to match your style and it needs to serve your readers well. I'm in a weird scenario where I adopted a new theme based on my readers, but miss my old theme that I thought stood out. The new one's growing on me, but the last one *felt* better to me. Time will tell and life's not static so I can always switch back.

I like that you're teaming up. I think that's the key in today's world. Starters pair with finishers, maximizers pair with simplifiers, doers pair with talkers, ... etc. Synergy is a wonderful thing and the Web makes it so easy to connect and activate your Wonder Twin powers.

  • I love the new header Sean & I'm sure that lots of bloggers will jump at the opportunity. Good luck to you guys

P.S. I still think it's better as 'with the write words' ;)

    Cheers,
    Glen
