I'm determined to get back to my goal weight though, so I'm with you on the February thing! (Although I'm following a different dietary plan; my husband and I have gone vegetarian.) (Speaking of which, does your friend who cooks for Ellen have a website? I'm always on the hunt for new recipes so if he has a site I'd love to check it out!)
