I like that point about being a problem solver.  I sometimes stray away from problem solving as a mindset, so then I end up sticking to lower-level thinking problems for a while, when I should be focusing on fixing problem as they come.  Staying a problem solver would help me in various ways.

About treating yourself, I forget that once in a while, and it is an important thing to add to the day.  Leaving it out too many times is not great for positive feelings.
