Hi Sean.

I like that point about being a problem solver. I sometimes stray away from problem solving as a mindset, so then I end up sticking to lower-level thinking problems for a while, when I should be focusing on fixing problem as they come. Staying a problem solver would help me in various ways.

About treating yourself, I forget that once in a while, and it is an important thing to add to the day. Leaving it out too many times is not great for positive feelings.

Accentuate the positive basically means ignore your flaws. I agree. Actually, as silly as it sounds, that’s something most people don’t do. They spend their whole lives thinking about what they did wrong or fretting over their imperfections when what they should really be doing is concentrating on the things they’re great at.
