I am trying to get everyone to submit a recipe and a picture of their favorite fall food for my UNICEF e-book project Nov 1.....

and I was working to get 1000 folks to do my daughter's graduate school on line art survey....I was not very good at it I only got her 131 usable surveys....many folks did not complete the required questions...

I hope I get more recipes....I am sure there are lots of hungry children who need some food this time of the year...

Seriously, I never even would have started had it not been for Tracy. It would've been wrong to not mention her. Even if I don't come close, I learned something from the experience and that means I should do my best to give her credit where credit was do.

Hey Ma, yes, I should have started earlier, but hey, you live and learn. At this point, I think the whole thing is an interesting experiment and I'm curious to see how it plays out through the end.

I think your writing prowess would fit perfectly into this gig. I think you're the man for the job.

You may consider emailing many people you know and asking them for this one small favor. That could help beyond the obvious of using twitter and your blog.

The amazing thing is it only takes about 3 seconds but it could make all the difference in the world.

You're totally right. I just hate getting mass emails so I'm reluctant to send one. However, if I end up even remotely close I will definitely employ that tactic.

So, it turns out, I have 3 computers in the house and 2 iPhones. As it further turns out, this provides me 5 opportunities to vote for someone. Each day. So I did. And I will. :)

This sounds like a great gig.
I voted a few days ago and didn't even realise I could vote ore than once. I guess I was skim reading that day. ;-)
Anyway I've been back and voted again today and will go back every day.
If everyone of your RSS readers did the same you'd easily win this, but as things stand you have a little catching up to do. I'm not saying this to bring you down, it's more to highlight what needs to be done in order to get you this writing job.
