Trina: What kind of song, are we talking rock n roll or opera? : > )

Friar: Nah, I'm saving the pictures when he's naked for that.

Mimi: Yeah, each of our children is a bit like their mom and a bit like their dad, but both impossibly sweet.

The Daily Blonde: I'm glad I can be hear for you. I haven't been to this page in two months, but your comment made me return. I read the rhyme as though it was the first time and it hit me rather hard. Thank YOU.

I love this. He's just beautiful.
I come to your site all the time. I read and love the flow of your posts. I come back when I'm having an especially sad or difficult day. It's the simple stuff that brings a smile!

He sure has his dad's smile :-) I have two boys myself and it's been an amazing adventure. I love the fact that the older (3 in May) looks like his dad and is smart as hell. I love the the little one (15 months) loves backrubs like I do (the big one hates them). It's in the little tings.

Show this to your son when he's fifteen, when his friends are over. (Especially if there's a girl he's trying to impress).

He'll THANK YOU profusely!

(Heh heh heh!) ;-)

Debra: For the longest time, that picture was my favorite one of him. Max has so much mirth, it's easy to miss how truly, deeply soulful he really is.

Hayden: Max is a smile factory, where production never slows.

Kool Aid: Confession - I can play the guitar (a little bit), but I cannot play the piano. I was just dinking around. Cindy can play, and was a music major before changing to education, but piano is a skill I've yet to learn.

Lori: His dimple makes me all a twitter.

Cindy: What can I saw baby, we're a team. Without you, I am only a fraction reduced to it's lowest common denominator. Thank you for helping to drive me forward and supporting me every step of the way.

Randi: I don't know about genius, Randi, but I thank you nonetheless for such kind words. Thank you so so much for all your support. It is so obviously genuine.

Kool Aid: When I read your comment to Cindy last night, she said, "Aaaahhh," and had a tiny crocodile tear in the corner of her eye.

Karen: Thanks, Karen. That kid has probably already had his fair share of kisses before his fifth birthday. We might have to actually start cutting back!

Eric: I'm counting down the days with you, buddy. Life will change into something exciting and unfamiliar. You will make an excellent father. Remember, I'm always here.

Vered: Thanks, Vered. Thank you as well for the Stumble on "Thank You for My Shot." It ended up being the most successful post I've ever dropped, now running up toward 6,000 page views. That was very exciting for me so a million and one thanks.

Mitch: Thanks, Mitch. That's too kind. Three boys and a girl! WOW. When do you ever get a chance to breathe?

Jannie: Well said, Jannie. I totally agree!

You are indeed a lucky man; and what's more it is abundantly plain that you know it!
I have four kids of my own; three boys and one girl. They are truly the be all and end all of everyone of my waking moments.
I wish you much happiness and joy with your family, Sean.

Awww, he's so lucky to have you as a dad. This was absolutely beautiful and something he will treasure when he's older.

You are such a beautiful family.

What a great grouping of posts, Sean! It gets me all excited about having little Tyson. Soon enough I'll be able to gush over my little boy. Until then I guess I'll just have to smile at you and Max. Eric
