I agree. Knowledge is facts. Understanding is comprehension. Applied understanding (too me) is wisdom. Your fullness in wisdom will never go beyond the level of immersion in knowledge and understanding.

Knowledge vs Wisdom
As I get older I see what I couldn't have known when I was younger. Then I think, “maybe I'm the wiser for it.” But that's just knowledge talking.

I'd say intelligence is a sweeping word that can thread through just about everything.

You can be emotionally intelligent just as much as you can be book smart.

Intelligence can apply to many different categories, but I don't think that knowledge and wisdom are interchangeable.
