The Eighth Wonder of the World

Astory about the miracle of compound interest, as told through the eyes of new parents, as they raise their daughter Promise to understand the value of money. A clear message told in beautiful prose, instantly touching at only a sip more than eleven-hundred words.

If you buy it, feel free to copy it and pass it around. It’s yours.

This was an amazing story. The beginning was crafted with just the words that I could not come up with when my daughter was born. The flow of the words rolled right off my tounge and it was beautifully written. The patience displayed was enough to tug at my heart strings.

~ Sal

I am a big believer in saving, and especially saving for our kids futures. While helping them to realize the simpler pleasures in life. So, I couldn’t agree more with what you’ve written. How you’ve written it is so poetic, and that’s what makes it wonderful to read.

~ Lance

Writer Dad, you’ve just succeeded in telling a story we’ve all heard before, but in such a deeply personal way that the lesson really worked. And then you added the twist of personal integrity. Beautiful.

~ Julie

  • Hi, I'm Sean Platt - author, father, and Creative Director at Rev Media Marketing. Writer Dad is my life as it unfolds. This chapter of my journey began two years back when I took a chance on myself by closing a successful business to pursue my dream of writing for a living. It was the craziest, riskiest and most wonderful thing I've ever done. Well, except for becoming a dad.
