Hi Lori,

Funny you should say that, as that's exactly one of my goals with this book. I believe it could change the way some young children think. This book was written in about two weeks time. It was pretty easy to find the voice since it is in many ways similar to who I was in fifth grade. :)

Congratulations!

Read it last night — NCIS was a repeat. :-) I enjoyed how empowering and hope filled the story is. It reminded me of the path many young martial arts students take because of the main character's perseverance, tenacity, and lateral thinking. I think young readers will get a powerful new perspective and motivation from Kelly's grand entrepreneurial adventures. Wish I'd had this story in my early years so I could be a millionaire by now.
