The 25th is far enough in my past to be given no breath by my regular thought, but has not gained enough distance to rinse the fact that it was the single most negative experience I've had in six months spent online, both warping my previous impression of a particular person, and shattering my hope for something I poured a significant of time and resources into (besides being led to believe it had a future). As for October 25th, that is SO far in my past as to being as close to unmemorable as any day in my life - until you mentioned the date just now, and I realize that the REAL thing I lost that day was a very, very good friend by saying words to you out of pain and anger. I'm over the 25th - I'm not over the damaged (or, I would assume, destroyed) friendship that preceded it.
